Where are you based?

We are proudly based in Australia and have been part of the Australian festival community for over a decade. All orders are shipped from within Australia.

Are your boots really made from recycled materials?

Yes 🌎 Many of our boots are crafted using:

-Recycled car tyres for soles
-Vintage Mayan fabrics
-Hand-embroidered textiles
-Each pair is handmade, making them durable, unique, and environmentally conscious.

When will I get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
For Australian orders, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we primarily ship within Australia.
If you’re located overseas and would love to purchase something, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping rates to Australia are calculated based on the weight of the item you are purchasing. For items weighing between 0.0 kg and 0.5 kg, the shipping cost is $9.00. Items weighing between 0.5 kg and 1.0 kg are charged $12.00 for shipping. For items weighing between 1.0 kg and 3.0 kg, the shipping cost is $15.00. Generally, adult shoes will cost $15.00 to post, while clothing and gifts typically range between $9.00 and $12.00 for shipping.

Refund policy?

We understand that buying online can be difficult to gauge exact sizes, especially shoe wear. We are willing to exchange items that are the wrong size. If you make a purchase with us and you are not happy with your choice, we will happily provide you with a store credit once the item/s have been returned to us. Otherwise we only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces are one-of-a-kind or made from limited vintage fabrics and may not be restocked.
If something you love is sold out, feel free to reach out we may be able to source something similar.

How should I care for my garment?

Most embroidered and handmade pieces should be:
-Cold hand washed
-Air dried
-Avoid harsh detergents
-Specific care instructions are listed on each product page.
